The Construction Board No.801 was established in 1956 for the building of the Moscow Ring Road. Its main activity is construction of motor roads and airfields, industrial and residential buildings, including “low-rises”, and provision of transportation and construction, assembly and installation services.
The Moscow Ring Road (a stretch of 30 kilometres between the Gorky and Leningrad Highways) and the Domodedovo Airport were the first major projects in implementing which the Construction Board No. 801 took an active part. Today it takes credit for modernization of the Ostashkovo, Yaroslavl and Volokolamsk Highways, construction of the Moscow-Kiev Highway, a number of roads in Kryukovo and in other parts of the Moscow Region, a large volume of work performed in modernization of the Sheremetyevo airport complex, runways and facilities at other airfields, in other population centres.
The Board has a strong construction base, ample equipment and facilities. The main project, now under construction, is a motor road in Brateyevo which is to link the residential area of Maryino with the Moscow Ring Road. Before long the Board will get down to the construction of a five-kilometre-long stretch along the Yaroslavl Highway.
